Terms of Service

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms apply when your business ("you", "the Client") signs up to use Acceleads. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of this agreement.

This agreement is between Mohammed Yusuf Miah, trading as Acceleads ("Acceleads", "we", "us"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, and the Client.

What Acceleads does

Acceleads responds to new homeowner enquiries on your behalf by text message and automated phone call, asks a short set of qualifying questions, and books a site survey directly into your calendar (or, where you don't use a calendar, into your Acceleads dashboard). We do this using automated systems, not a call centre of human agents.

Acceleads is a lead-response and booking tool. We don't sell your services to homeowners, we don't guarantee that any enquiry converts into a sale, and we're not responsible for the outcome of any site survey or job once it's booked — that's between you and your customer.

Free trial

New clients get a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't continue after the trial, we'll stop responding to new enquiries on your behalf and, if you ask us to, delete your account data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Fees and billing

After the trial, you pay a flat monthly subscription based on your expected enquiry volume, agreed with you directly before you start paying. There's no setup fee and no minimum term.

Your plan includes a set number of enquiries per month. If you go over that number in a given month, extra enquiries are billed at £2 each rather than being turned away or delayed — we'll always still respond to every enquiry, whatever your volume.

Invoices are sent monthly and are due within 14 days of the invoice date, payable by bank transfer. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause instant responses to new enquiries until the account is brought up to date — we'll always email you first.

Cancelling

There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@acceleads.co.uk — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be charged again after that. Any enquiries already in progress when you cancel will still be followed up so nothing is left half-finished.

Your responsibilities as a client

Acceptable use

Acceleads must only be used to follow up on genuine homeowner enquiries about solar or battery storage. You must not use it to cold-contact people who haven't enquired, to send unsolicited marketing, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend the service immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe it's being misused this way.

Third-party services

Acceleads relies on third-party providers to work — including Twilio for text messages and phone numbers, Retell AI for automated calls, and Google for calendar bookings where you use one. We choose these providers carefully, but we can't guarantee they'll never have downtime or faults, and we're not liable for outages or errors caused by them. We'll do what we reasonably can to notify you and minimise disruption if this happens.

Liability

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we don't guarantee any particular volume of bookings, conversion rate, or business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which the law doesn't allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Data protection

Where we process your customers' personal data on your behalf as their enquiries are handled, you are the data controller and Acceleads acts as your data processor, under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share that data with us in the first place.

Ending this agreement

Either of us can end this agreement at any time with notice, as described above under Cancelling. We may also end it immediately if you materially breach these terms — for example, serious misuse of the service or non-payment left unresolved after we've followed up — or if required to do so by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
